The ITS trolley map enables you to easily view all of the concessions the airport has to offer, guiding you there with ease. Looking for something in particular? With the search function, you can easily search for stores, items, and food - so you can find exactly what you're looking for and benefit from exclusive promotional offers. The Intelligent trolley takes the stress out of your airside passenger journey and allows you to make the most of all that the airport has on offer. Plus, when it's time to head to your gate, the trolley will alert you and guide you there.

Last year we spent a bit of time interviewing some of our fantastic airport partners. Upon scanning their boarding pass, travelers will receive real-time flight information, wayfinding features and personalized promotions. We just launched our Intelligent Trolley solution in Hamburg and Vienna airports in March and April, respectively. Our team of ambassadors are helping passengers discover and use the trolleys right after Security control. Our trolleys are free-of-use personal digital assistants that help travelers find their way in the airport, receive flight status updates, benefit from special deals in concessions, and much more! This makes the travel and shopping experiences simpler, more pleasant, less stressful. Data shows that non-aeronautical revenue is strongly boosted, thanks to the trolleys’ targeted call-to-action promotions, but also to increased footfall and reduced dwell time (relaxed passengers spend more time shopping).

In less than two weeks, ITS will fly to Singapore and exhibit at the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference's "i.lab" area.
