  • Nice airport POC launch

    For two months (July and August), passengers at Terminal 2 in Nice airport will be able to try our intelligent trolleys. It's a first in France! Nice Côte d'Azur Airport will host around 30 trolleys for travellers to use free of charge, and which they can bring with them in the whole terminal until boarding the aircraft. The trolleys are designed in a way as to boost passenger experience and non-aeronautical revenue at the same time. On the one hand, the touchscreen tablets' user interface and features are simple and helpful: like a digital personal assistant, the tablets show passengers the way to concessions and facilities on an interactive map, inform them about their flight status and changes, and makes them benefit from exclusive promotions. On the other hand, the intelligent trolleys' business tools and features for airports, concessions and brands create strong value long needed in the industry: they can design and manage advertisements displayed on the tablets depending on the passengers' position, and they have access to data collected by the trolleys, which helps them optimize their commercial campaigns and improve their services or facilities.

  • TFWA Cannes: ITS speaking at keynote and exhibiting in the i.lab

    📆 We were thrilled to exhibit – and demonstrate - our trolleys this week at the TFWA (Tax Free World Association Exhibition & Conference in Cannes ) in the i.lab, the forum for "fresh thinking about all aspects of the traveller experience". 🎤 Morten Pankoke, managing director of IntelligentTrackSystems, spoke at the “Innovation in Action” workshop on Wednesday the 5th of October.   • TR Consumer Forum Cyprus: ITS speaking and exhibiting trolleys

    Last week we were present at the TR Consumer Forum in Cyprus (4-6 September). 🛒 We exhibited our innovative intelligent shopping trolleys at the conference organized by TRBusiness, the leading provider of duty free and travel retail news, in collaboration with M1nd-Set.
