A free-of-use personal
digital assistant
For passengers and shoppers, our intelligent trolleys are nothing less than free-of-charge personal digital assistants (PDA) that they can bring with them everywhere inside the airport (airside) or the shopping mall: the trolley touchscreen tablet displays all useful information and notifications that make the travel and shopping experience easier, more pleasant and more relaxed.
In airports, passengers can take a free trolley at a trolley charging station just after having been through Security Control. They can keep the trolley with them until they reach their gate to board the aircraft.
In shopping malls, shoppers can find trolleys at different charging stations usually located near the entrances, and can keep them as long as they stay inside the mall vicinity.

Map & wayfinding
The trolleys'

and real-time trolley positioning provide passengers with easy wayfinding to all Points of Interest: they can easily navigate the airport
and display the route to any conces-sion (shop, café, restaurant),
facility (toilets, lounge...),
or gate.
The trolley screen
displays personalised ads
and promotions triggered by and adapted to the passengers' profile (destination...), position and shopping behaviour, offering them exclusive deals while facilitating their (now stressless) airport experience.

cessions, facilities or gates they
want to go to. With a fingertip's touch,
useful information is displayed
about every location: the conces-
sions' opening hours and product
range, the restaurants'
menu, etc.
The trolley tablets
display a real-time pop-up
window for any flight status
updates or gate changes. And a notification lets passengers know when it's time to "go to gate", or
when boarding starts, allowing
them to spend more quality time
shopping or sipping
a cup of coffee!
